| Interviews for CSE Dept. PhD admissions will be held
on 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th May, 2019. Candidates meeting the shortlisting criteria are
required to report to the IIT Delhi CSE Department Office in Bharti building (Block IIA) Room
501 (4th floor) by 1:00 pm on the starting day of respective cycle (see below). Directions on how to reach are available here. The approximate format will be as follows. The selection process for each candidate will consist of two rounds: 1. First Round: It will consist of a screening based on an online/written/programming test from 02:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This will be on the first day of selection. 2. Second Round (Written): Those qualifying the first round will be asked to appear for another written test on the second day of selection from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. This written test will be non-qualifying (i.e., will not be used as a filter by itself). 3. Second Round (Interview): Those qualifying the first round (on the first day) will also be appearing for an in-person interview during the period 9:30 am - 6:00 pm on the second day of selection. Each candidate should plan on staying there for 1.5 days depending on their selection cycle. Your selection cycle/test and interview dates are as per the following table: | |||||||||

| Candidates coming for Test / Interview for admission
to the various programmes in the Institute will be provided accommodation
in the Hostels on sharing basis on payment of Rs. 230/- per day (lodging
& boarding) as detailed below.
The bedding is not provided and the candidates have to make their
own arrangement for bedding. The Payment shall be made by way of Demand Draft drawn in
